Welcome to eBridge_MCW.
This site allows the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) faculty and researcher staff to submit, track, report and archive applications involving funding proposals as well as human subject and animal research conducted at MCW. For MCW Institutional Review Boards (IRB) and the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), this site enables effective management of federal and local regulatory requirements by monitoring the flow of information and the associated activities and tasks for all submissions. eBridge_MCW optimizes the review process for researchers and committees, delivering a complete electronic based solution from submission thru approval.

Maintenance Reminder

The eBridge_MCW system will be unavailable due to system maintenance scheduled:

From 8 p.m. on every Wednesday until 8 a.m. on every Thursday
From 9 p.m. on every Saturday until 1 a.m. on every Sunday

Remember to save all work and log-off of the system prior to the maintenance downtime. If you try to access the eBridge_MCW system during this timeframe, the system will be unavailable.

By entering the eBridge official site, you are identifying yourself as the original subscriber of this site and associated compliance mandated code. Logging into eBridge

Type in "mcwcorp\" before your username when logging into eBridge from outside of the MCW Collaborative Services Network (MCWCorp Domain).
If you are an eIRB user who has not logged into eBridge, you may need to contact the Help Desk for current login and password. See eBridge Announcements for more information.
