You can call or leave voice mail at the eBridgeHelp Desk telephone number 414-955-8476 at any time. The eBridgeHelp Desk staff will respond to these messages within 4 hours of receipt during normal business hours.
For password assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, call 414-955-4357 and select option 8 for general MCW-IS help desk.
NOTE: Emails concerning password resets sent to the MCW IS Help Desk at email@example.com are monitored from 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday.
The eBridgeHelp Desk staff will provide assistance with use of the eBridge application. Note: User names and passwords are managed by the MCW IS help desk 414-955-4357.
The eBridgeHelp Desk staff will evaluate requests for assistance. Questions regarding content and study preparation will be forwarded to the appropriate content expert within the IRB, IACUC, or Grants and Contracts Offices or the Institutional Biosafety Committee.
NOTE: eBridgeHelp Desk staff cannot answer questions on your home internet service provider (i.e., Road Runner or SBC DSL) or provide technical/repair assistance for personal home computer systems.
